Tricia Mendoza Engler couldn't help but become a sales professional. All her life she watched her parents sell. As contracted direct sales agents, they worked territories for cable service companies. As a young woman, Tricia cut her teeth in sales selling cable door to door. From there she moved to inside sales for Office Depot's Corporate Services Department. From there she moved to a position selling telecom services business to business where she set records for her efforts.

In 2000, together with Matt Engler, she founded The Engler Group to sell manufacturer's parts to the automotive OEM's headquartered on the West Coast. She has been responsible for all direct sales initiatives. Tricia also applies her bi-lingual skills in her management of distribution development for two of The Engler Group's clients in Latin America. She has successfully forged new relationships with distributors as well as Automotive Manufacturers in Mexico and is aggressively pursuing new business in other Latin American countries.

Tricia lives in Torrance, California with her husband, Matt and her four children.
